Field Equipment Installation & Repair Technician You would be based in our Houma, LA.
office.
Your primary responsibilities would include performing field work in the collections and/or treatment systems installations, upgrades, refurbishments and/or, major repairs of all new and existing equipment/systems located throughout South Louisiana.

Perform and follow procedures & policies and goals for conducting jobs, regarding profitability, performance, work competency and growth.
Perform the daily activities directed by Coordinators & Managers Take lead role in site safety Maintain punch lists Maintain records of time and material usage Resolve issues and consult change orders with coordinator as required Communicate back to coordinator and/or management Requirements:
The qualified candidate must have:
3 to 5 years related experience Familiarity with tools, equipment, and materials common to the trades Ability to read and understand work order scopes Ability to read and understand mechanical assembly drawings Strong mechanical aptitude Good communication skills A commitment to doing it right the first time The ideal candidate would also have:
Experience of water treatment systems and related equipment Experience with electrical and/or mechanical plumbing Experience with welding and torch work Experience with below grade installations Experience operating excavation and dirt moving equipment Salary and
