We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and accuracy, be able to work quickly and efficiently, and have experience with data entry software specifally Quickbooks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for entering data into our system, verifying accuracy of information, and ensuring that all records are up-to-date.
This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Accurately enter data into computer systems.
Verify accuracy of data entered.
Maintain records of data entry activities.
Perform basic mathematical calculations.
Follow instructions for entering data into specific software programs.
Organize and store completed data entry forms and documents.
Perform quality control checks on entered data.
