Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the execution of projects from start to finish - Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables - Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success - Utilize project management tools such as SharePoint and ServiceNow to track progress and manage project documentation - Implement and maintain effective processes for project management and collaboration - Oversee content management systems and ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to team members - Conduct business process modeling to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed - Provide leadership and guidance to project team members - Monitor project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure adherence to project goals
Experience:
- Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery of projects - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools - Proficiency in using SharePoint, ServiceNow, and other project management software - Experience in process management and implementing process improvements - Familiarity with content management systems and their integration with project workflows - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels - Demonstrated ability to lead teams and motivate team members towards project success This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Project Manager to join our team.
